Hi, I’m Mark — the grower behind Farmer Mark’s Microgreens.
I started this business from a simple place: I love eating clean, I love growing plants, and I believe fresh, nutrient-dense food should be accessible right here in our local community.
Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested at an early stage, typically 7–14 days after germination. At this stage, they are incredibly concentrated in flavor and nutrients — often containing significantly higher levels of vitamins and antioxidants compared to their fully mature counterparts.
But for me, this isn’t just about nutrient density.
It’s about growing food intentionally.
Every tray is grown indoors in a controlled environment to ensure cleanliness, consistency, and peak freshness. I harvest weekly and focus on delivering greens that are vibrant, crisp, and ready to elevate everyday meals.
I believe in:
