Ingredients:

  • 2 large handfuls salad mix microgreens

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Sliced cucumber

  • Feta cheese

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

  • Quinoa

  • Avocado

Instructions:

  1. Add microgreens to bowl
